IAfter running and competing for over 20 yrs. my excitement and passion now comes from helping others reach their running goals and potential.
I am an RRCA and Revolution Running Certified Running Coach.
I will work with you to create a customized training plan to help you reach your true potential and your goals. Your training plan needs to be specific to you to maximize your training and your recovery. I want to help you to become a stringer and faster runner.
I started training in my early 30’s and fell in love with the sport. I was an age group competitive runner and ran races including Boston and Philadelphia Marathons, Cherry Blossom and Army 10 milers, Philadelphia half Marathon and many regional and local races.
I was self trained and now understand that had I followed a well planned and strategic running schedule I would have ran faster and more efficiently.
My PR’s are 3:03 for the Marathon, 1:15.27 for the Half Marathon, 33:40 for 10K, and 16:04 for 5K.
My main goal is to work with competitive recreational runners to help them run their best.
