Pauline Juhle PT, MPT, OCS, CSCS, Certified Running Coach, Pn1, FMS Certified is owner and operator of Because We Run, LLC.  She is a licensed Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Certified Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties(ABPTS), a Certified Running Coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a Functional Movement Specialist.  She is a long distance runner herself, participating in races of various distances of which the half marathon is her favorite.  She has been a personal trainer for 13 years and worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting as a physical therapist for 11 years but recently stepped away from her role as a physical therapist to focus on growing her business.

Pauline finds her strength in the Lord and believes that each and every person has a deeper strength than they ever imagined.  “I can do all things because of Christ who strengthens me” (Phil 4:13).  She believes that taking care of our bodies is a way to honor and praise God.  “What? Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God, and that you are not your own?” (1 Cor. 6:19).

Q Running Coaching:

One-on-one training sessions to improve running form, address musculoskeletal imbalances, and improve speed.

Beginner, intermediate, and advanced training programs for all race distances including one mile, 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra races.

Running Specific Strength Training Plans to improve running form, increase endurance and speed, and reduce injury risk.

Running Gait Evaluations and Functional Movement Screens to identify musculoskeletal imbalances or weakness to reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.

As a coach, I provide you with much more than just a training plan. My training plans are individualized based on your current fitness level, your goals for running, and any past or current injuries. Q Personal Training:

Individuals not necessarily interested in running but who want to begin a fitness program in order to improve their health can get one on one personal training, strength training programs, and support to get started and stay motivated on their fitness journey. Those of you who have reached a plateau or are just tired of doing the same workout routine day after day can connect with a personal trainer who will get you out of that rut and into a new level of fitness.

One on one personal training sessions are 30 minutes in length and custom designed for each client based on current fitness status and goals. I design all training programs specifically for the individual by assessing current fitness status, lifestyle, fitness goals, motivation, and available support network during a free consultation to provide a safe and effective workout that will become a lifestyle, not a chore.

**In order to get the most from your training and see significant results, it is recommended that you commit to a minimum of 3 months of training. Remember, habits do not become habits in one day and change takes time.**

Group Training Sessions - In order to be successful we all need support and motivation from our family and friends so why not grab a friend (or two) and train together! You know that you won't skip a workout if your best friend, sister, or mother is waiting for you to show up!! Don't worry if you are not at the same place in your fitness journey as each workout will be customized for the individual and all workouts can be modified.
