I have been running in a competitive aspect since my high school days, ran 2 years collegiate for a Division 1 school (Missouri State) as a sprinter, where I excelled in the 100meter- 200meter distance. Post-college I dabbled in ‘longer’ distances of 3-5 miles (Yes that was LONG to me!) and some fun 5k and 10k distance races.

When I moved to San Francisco in the beginning of 2005 I found a very active and athletic running scene and wanted to become a part of it. I trained for and raced my first half marathon in 2007 and was hooked. From there I ran a few more half marathons then my first marathon in Chicago in 2008. I was then sucked into the world of triathlon (thanks to my then boyfriend- now husband- who was training for his first Ironman). Several triathlons later, including a full Iron-man Lake Placid 2009, I went back to my true love of running and discovered the trails in the Marin Headlands and Mt Tam just North of San Francisco. And now I mix speed/ road 5k to marathons with the longer/elevation challenging trail races up to the 50 mile distance (so far!).

Each plan includes:

Initial Email Consultation (based on questionnaire).
We will assess future race/training goals.
I will create an individualized training plan for the entire training session depending on what plan you choose (8- 18+ week programs). The training plan includes a detailed description of each workout – distance/ intensity or pace/ duration, etc. and I base your plan on your preference of number of days running, which days you prefer to run, your long run day (if applicable), specific days off, etc.
Limited communication during training – this plan is created for you at the start of the training cycle and you execute it.

Q E-coaching: Individualized training (created and executed in Training Peaks):

8 weeks:$200
12 weeks: $300
16 weeks: $400
18 weeks: $450
20 weeks: $500
24 weeks: $550

Each plan includes:

Evaluation of Race/Training History/Current running level

I will create an individualized training plan and update every 2 weeks based on your feedback (in Training Peaks) and performance. The training plan includes a detailed description of each workout – distance/ intensity or pace/ duration, etc. and I base your plan on your preference of number of days running, which days you prefer to run, your long run day (if applicable), specific days off, etc.
Interactive training plan (Training Peaks).
Unlimited communication via Email.
Race week and race day execution game plan.
Long run/race day nutrition and hydration instruction.
