I am a certified USA Triathlon (Level I), US Master Swimming (Level III), USA Track & Field (Level 1), and Road Runners Club of America (Level I) coach. I enjoy teaching and training others and I’m convinced that having a certified coach can significantly improve an athlete’s performance by providing guidance, support and motivation.

My experience as an athlete began over 15 years ago when I joined a Masters Swim team. Over the years, I progressed to become a triathlete by adding running and biking to my competitive endeavors. Now, I am an avid triathlete. I am a certified USA Triathlon (Level I), US Master Swimming (Level III), USA Track & Field (Level 1), and Road Runners Club of America (Level I) coach. I enjoy teaching and training others and I’m convinced that having a certified coach can significantly improve an athlete’s performance by providing guidance, support and motivation.

As a late comer to the sport, I have personally experienced and understand the process of becoming a triathlete as an adult. As a result, my top priority while coaching athletes is their personal wellness and health over a performance target.

Q PLATINUM TRAINING PROGRAM

PLATINUM TRAINING PROGRAM
The Training Plan covers a season or a whole year, with the objective of preparing the triathlete - as best as possible - for a specific A Race (seasonal) or with a longer point of view, covering various years and events (year). On a weekly basis, the triathlete will get an updated Training Plan with workouts for the coming 14 days; based on feedback from the previous week, the Training Plan is reviewed and updated.

Q GOLD TRAINING PROGRAM

GOLD TRAINING PROGRAM
The Training Program covers a season or a whole year, and its main objective is to prepare runners and/or swimmers – as best as possible – for key events that are of interest for the athlete. On a quarterly basis, the athlete will get a Training Plan with workouts for – at least – the next 3 months; in the event that a key event is farther out, the Training Plan will cover more time.

Q SILVER TRAINING PROGRAM

SILVER TRAINING PROGRAM
The Training Plan will have variable duration based on specific needs and training evolution of the interested swimmer and/or runner. More than targeting a specific event, this Training Program focuses on improving technique and building a solid base upon which to develop endurance.
