Michele has been with Fleet Feet since 2013. She started leading our distance teams in the Winter 2018 season. Michele has previously coached Personal Best, Trail Running, and has assisted with No Boundaries. Michele is a RRCA Certified Coach through Road Runners Club of America.
My coaching philosophy is simple. I want to help everyone be the kind of runner they wish to be, whether that’s a consistent runner, a fast runner or a far runner. And to also help athletes stay healthy enough to continue running for as long as they want. I will try my best to push everyone out of their comfort zone enough to achieve their dreams but not so far that running loses its fun. Our athletes have infinite reasons to take up running so there are infinite ways I will try to inspire and lead runners in their journeys.
My personal running goals are to always strive for a PR in every distance. I enjoy the feeling of working hard and accomplishing something new with my running. I am currently training for my second Boston Marathon and plan to train for some trail ultra-marathons this summer before the NYC Marathon in the fall.
