Biography
Kathy Alter is a certified running coach, TRX Instructor and Personal Trainer, with more than 20 years’ running experience, completing five marathons, numerous half marathons, 10- and 5-mile races. She has a B.S. in Physical Education and Exercise Science and is certified in CPR/AED and First Aid. Her motivating energy and ability to connect with children of all ages provides a positive experience with excellent results!
