I take a holistic approach to coaching. The most successful coaching occurs when the coach really knows the runner. Running cannot be isolated from the rest of your life. Runners juggle work, family obligations and other responsibilities along with their actual running. Together we identify your priorities and come up with a plan to optimize the time you devote to running. We then set goals and create a training plan to get you there.

The Cost of Your Own Personal Coach
The initial consultation is free. We set up a time to speak to one another for about a hour (either on the phone or in person, if you are local). This will give us a chance to fully assess your current situation and your goals. Most contact, after the consultation, will be via email. Howvere, I never discourage phone contact. You will have unlimited email communication with me in addition to receiving your monthly schedule. I truly believe that communication is the key to a successful coach/runner relationship. I pride myself in getting back to your emails as quickly as possible. Also included is a monthly email newsletter. You will also receive a personalized welcome packet from me after our consultation.

Monthly rate
$100 per month

Terms and Conditions
Payment is held as a retainer for monthly services. Your first month will be prorated depending on when in the month we start. That payment is due when services are activated. In the following months, payment is due by the 1st and considered late by the 5th. I do not send invoices, so it is your responsibility to remember your payment to avoid any late fees. I accept personal checks and Paypal.

A waiver will be emailed to you that you must sign and send back to me prior to receiving your first training schedule.

To cancel coaching, you must give at least 2 weeks notice, although a month is preferred, so we can wrap up any unfinished business.
