18 week training season for both beginning and advanced walkers and runners. Team meets twice a week for group training. On Tuesday evenings we’re at the Ripon High School track for measured interval workouts and on Saturday mornings were at various locations in either Manteca or Ripon for stamina and endurance training.

Full entry into Ripon’s Run on May 4, 2019 (your choice of the 5K, Quarter marathon, or Half marathon distance which will be determined later in the season).
